Description
This project creates 14,278sf (nominal) from an existing 4,129sf, tiered lecture hall. The current lecture hall is oversized with generally low efficiency rates as a result. The proposed capital improvements will create a three-story structure within the existing footprint to accommodate academic needs and growth for our nursing, M-PA, and D-PT health education programs. Adjacent spaces will need minor modifications but without the loss of programmatic space.
