UNCW is participating in the UNC System Employee Engagement Survey, a project developed to support the UNC Strategic Plan. It is a regularly scheduled survey on workplace satisfaction that took place in 2018, 2020 and 2022 and taking place again in 2024 at all UNC institutions. Employees will receive a personal survey link on March 25.
This valuable tool will help amplify the praises and concerns voiced by staff. The results will help the Senate to understand the varying experiences on campus better, identify goals that are realistic and measurable, establish staff priorities and measure the progress of existing programs and initiatives.
Survey responses are anonymous and will remain confidential. For questions or concerns, please email staffsenate@uncw.edu.
