Hawk Fit

Hawk Fit is a dynamic training program designed for participants of all levels to achieve peak physical performance. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, our expertly crafted sessions will guide you to improve cardiovascular ability, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and mobility.

Session 1, Section 1 will be offered September 3 through October 15 on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30am-7:30am

Session 1, Section 2 will be offered September 2 through October 14 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30pm-6:30pm

Session 2, Section 1 will be offered October 20 through December 1 on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30am-7:30am

Session 2, Section 2 will be offered October 21 through December 2 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30pm-6:30pm
