Request A Custom Fitness Program

Explore our menu of programs below, or partner with us to design a custom event that fits your group’s goals. Be sure to submit your request at least two weeks in advance so we have time for coordination, planning and to make it a success!

Menu of Custom Event Programs

Custom Group Fitness classes can accommodate a variety of interests and group sizes depending on the format. Below are just some of the formats we have to offer, however, availability of formats may vary from semester to semester:

  • Pilates
  • Cycle
  • Total Body Burn
  • Les Mills Functional Strength
  • TRX: Suspension Training
  • Yoga (Variety of class options)
  • Kickboxing
  • Sweat & Stretch
  • Sculpt & Tone
  • Barre

Custom Small Group Training programs allow a group of up to 10 people to have a personalized training program for multiple sessions. Programs are customizable in length and frequency of sessions. Sessions will be tailored to the needs and interests of the group, however, below are some examples of small group training programs:

  • Functional Training
  • Intro to Weightlifting
  • Power & Performance
  • Intro to Kickboxing
  • Running Kickstarter

Fitness workshops could include informational sessions about health and fitness-related topics, or could be hands-on skill development and the size of the group we can accommodate will vary based on the type of program. Hands-on programs will typically have a maximum capacity of 12, while informational sessions could go up to 30 or more, depending on the size of the room. Many of these workshops will be custom-built to the interests and needs of the group, however, below are some examples of workshops we can facilitate:
