Course Enrollment
- Graduate DIS: The Office of Registrar receives the completed document for processing (review and registration) through docusign. The forms for the Graduate School can be found here. Undergraduate DIS: The Office of Registrar does not receive the completed document for processing, but may receive it after add/drop. DIS' are processed through the department and overrides are issued by the department and/or instructor.
