The mission of the College of Humanities, Social Sciences, and the Arts (CHSSA) Academic Resource Center (ARC) is to champion students as they navigate their collegiate experience.
By fall 2025, all students in CHSSA will be assigned a professional advisor in the ARC, while academic departments will provide students with faculty mentors. This fall, to develop best practices for this new exciting initiative, the ARC and several departments are piloting this approach. In the spring, more departments will join this approach, and the final departments will join over the summer.
