Accountancy & Business Law

The Department of Accountancy and Business Law provides courses and other academic support for the B.S. degree with an option in accountancy and the Master of Science in Accountancy, both of which prepare students for professional accounting careers.  It also supports the minor in accountancy.

The department also offers courses in business law and the legal environment of business.

Spring Outstanding Graduate

The Outstanding Graduate in Accountancy for May 2023 is Molly Norris. Molly has maintained a perfect 4.0 grade point average in the Accountancy concentration of the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration program. She is also a member of the Women in Business Club, the Cameron Executive Network, and Beta Gamma Sigma, the international business honor society.

RSM and CSB Alum Partner in Donation

This past summer CSB alum, donor and RSM Partner Morris Marshburn ‘85 made a significant contribution to the Cameron School of Business. This gift was then matched by the RSM foundation. The scholarship assists students pursuing a degree from our Accountancy and Business Law Department.
