ONLINE APPOINTMENT SYSTEM

Appointments can be made up to 10 days prior to today's date. No appointments can be made less than 24 hours in advance.

Follow the steps below to schedule an individual appointment with the ULC:

  1. Login to our online appointment system using your UNCW username and password - to access the mobile version of the site, scroll down to the bottom left after logging in and choose "Switch to mobile version."
  2. Click "Schedule an Appointment."
  3. Choose the subject you would like an appointment for from the drop down menu.
  4. Choose a Center (e.g. Course Tutoring, Study Skills, Writing Center) from the drop down menu.
  5. Choose "Search".
  6. Choose on the appointment Date and Time you want to schedule.
  7. If you would like to hold your appointment online via Zoom, check the "Is Online" box. Otherwise, your appointment will be in person in DePaolo 1056.
  8. Enter any notes you want your tutor to know before the appointment
  9. Choose "Confirm".
  10. You will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your appointment. On the main menu page, opt in to activate text message reminders (depending on your plan, charges may apply). Activate code and follow instructions to begin getting text reminders about your appointments!

If you scheduled an online appointment with the ULC, you will need to access your Zoom link through our online appointment system.

  • Log-in to our online appointment system to find your Zoom link to join the session. The link will be displayed in the yellow box for the Upcoming Appointments on the home page beginning 15 minutes before your appointment.
  • If you have any issues logging into Zoom, see our Zoom Troubleshooting section below.
  • Should you encounter any technical difficulties, email or call the ULC for help.

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours before they are scheduled to occur. Do NOT contact your tutor directly! Doing so will not cancel your appointment.

To cancel your appointment, follow these steps:

  1. Login to our online appointment system using your UNCW username and password
  2. Choose Main Menu
  3. Find the appointment you want to cancel and choose the "X" at the end
  4. Choose Confirm Cancellation
  5. You may also call or email the ULC to cancel your appointment.

***Please note that declining or responding to the Outlook calendar invitation emailed to you when you scheduled your appointment will not actually cancel your appointment - you must follow the steps above***
