Women* On Weights

Women* On Weights is a training program designed specifically for women and non-binary students, faculty, and staff to achieve peak physical performance. Each session will include a tailored workout designed to progressively enhance comfort in a gym environment, foster connections with fellow participants, offer education on lifting techniques, and build confidence surrounding personal fitness.
- Session 1, Section 1 will be offered January 21 through February 20 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m.
- Session 2, Section 1 will be offered March 17 through April 23 on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30 a.m.-7:30 a.m.
- Session 2, Section 2 will be offered March 18 through April 24 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m.
