Key Log Rolling is a unique sport that started in the 1800's and is now at UNCW. During the Spring 2025 semester, open key log rolling is set up on the following Saturdays from 2 p.m. - 7 p.m.:
Swim Instructors will lead a lesson based on your level of comfort in the water and can offer feedback on any skills you want to work on. Drop-in event, no registration required! Max capacity is 6 participants. First come, first served. Spring 2025 Free Group Swim Lessons will be held on the following dates from 5 p.m. - 6 p.m.:
Challenge your core, balance, and strength in a fun aquatics-based group fitness class. Open to all fitness levels.
