Final Transcripts due by July 15

Submit your official final high school transcript and any official records of Advanced Credit (AP, CLEP, IB, all other Credit by Examination, or all other official college transcripts).

In addition to the All About Academics modules that you must complete BEFORE registering for classes, you are required to complete three additional sets of modules before August 1.

U Got This! Violence Prevention

U Got This! is an interactive, video-based program that engages students in conversations around sexual violence, dating violence, stalking, and harassment. Students can access the U Got This! Violence Prevention modules on their enrollment checklist after registering for orientation. 

The interactive modules can be completed on a computer or mobile device and will take approximately 45 minutes to complete. 

Contact care@uncw.edu to request an exemption from the program.

Active Attacker Awareness 

Students will receive an email from UNCW to complete the required active attacker training module. The module includes a video and quiz, and will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

More information about requesting an exemption will be included in the email notification.

eCHECKUP TO GO

eCHECKUP TO GO modules are personalized, evidence-based online interventions that are designed to motivate users to make positive changes and enhance overall well-being and mental health. Students are required to complete either the alcohol or cannabis education modules.  

Submit Medical History Form and Immunization Record

All incoming first-year, transfer, and graduate students are required to show proof of immunizations to attend UNCW.

If you did not submit your Medical History Form and Immunization Record before or during Orientation, please submit those prior to the first day of classes.

Student Health Insurance

All students are also required to have health insurance to attend UNCW. This may be insurance that students currently have (family, employer, etc.), insurance they purchase through the school, or a combination of both plans.

Set up E-Bill

UNCW’s Electronic Billing (E-bill) system is the official means of generating bills to students. UNCW does not mail paper bills to student’s permanent home address.

Students & their authorized users will receive email notifications from Student Accounts when a new billing statement is available for review. Recipients of the email are expected to login to E-bill (via mySeaport for students) & view the bill. Students are responsible for checking their UNCW email for electronic bill notification & making payments on time.

UNCW offers flexible student meal plans that make dining on campus convenient and cash-free, using your UNCW One Card. Plans are designed for different dining habits and include several components:

• All Access Meals / Dining Hall Meals — access to campus dining halls.
• Teal Meals — preset combo meals usable at campus retail locations.
• Food Dollars — a declining balance to spend at dining locations, food trucks, and convenience spots.
• Guest Meals — meals you can use for guests in dining halls.

Students living in Sandpiper, Pelican, Terrapin, Loggerhead, Belk, Graham, Hewlett, Schwartz, Cornerstone, Keystone, Innovation, and University suites are required to have a meal plan.
