Since 1984 the Center for Education in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (CESTEM) has worked with K-12 teachers and programs to improve STEM education and to ensure public access to educational programs.

Our Mission

  • To provide outreach and regional service in STEM.
  • To improve the quality of pre-college science and mathematics, with an emphasis on technology integration and engineering principles.
  • To ensure public access to educational programs and authentic resources.
  • To provide high quality professional development to K-12 teachers.
