Conference Registration
Join us Thursday, June 11, 2026 from 8AM - 4PM at the UNCW Watson College of Education in Sayed Hall!
Earn 0.6 CEU Credits and enter to win door prizes!
Registration Fees:- Early Bird (through April 13): $40
- Standard (April 14 - May 11): $65
- Late (May 12 - June 1): $100
All registration fees are non-refundable after May 11, 2026
Call for Proposals
We are accepting presentation proposals now through Monday, March 30, 2026.
We are seeking STEM-related professional development sessions (50 minutes) that provide informal and formal PK-12 educators with a skill, activity, or mindset that they can apply in their teaching. Hands-on, interactive sessions are highly encouraged.
The primary presenter of accepted proposals will receive complimentary registration for the conference.
Vendor Registration
Are you a non-profit or commercial organization interested in sharing how you support STEM learning? Sign up as a conference vendor!
- Non-profit Vendors (through June 1): Free
- Commercial Vendors (through May 11): $100 (Non-refundable after 5/11)
- Late Commercial (May 12 – June 1): $150
Vendor Registration includes complimentary registration for one attendee, one 6-foot table for the duration of the conference, and mention in the program book (if registered by May 11).
