The knowledge and experience provided by these organizations represent a variety of personal and professional skills which have lifelong applications.

The Student Advisory Council promotes leadership development interaction among UNCW business organizations and the UNCW community. This council acts as a coordinating council and provides a forum for effective and timely communication between business students and all business organizations. Comprised of presidents from recognized CSB student organizations, SAC is a coordinating council between CSB leadership, CSB student organizations and the CSB student body.

UNCW's AMA is representative of the American Marketing Association organization and provide students with the opportunity to connect and network with other marketers.
Our mission is to unify students and give them the opportunity to learn and gain hands-on experience in various areas of marketing. The club hosts a range of events, including workshops, international guest speakers, mock competitions held in the same format as the AMA competitions and professional development opportunities.
There will also be opportunities for students to compete with other schools and network by participating in various AMA events, where they will get the chance to put their marketing skills to the test and connect with people in the industry.

The Business Student Council (BSC) is a student-led organization that provides opportunities for students pursuing business degrees at the university. BSC provides a platform for students to develop leadership skills, network with professionals in their field, and participate in events and activities that support their academic and professional goals. BSC also serves as a liaison between the business students and the university administration, working to address student concerns and promoting the interests of the business community. By participating in the BSC, business students at UNCW can get involved in the wider community, develop meaningful connections with their peers and industry professionals, and gain valuable experiences that will help them succeed in their careers.

BETA ALPHA PSI is an honorary organization for Financial Information students and professionals. The primary objective of Beta Alpha Psi is to encourage and give recognition to scholastic and professional excellence in the study and practice of accounting, finance and information systems.

The purpose of the UNCW Cyber Defense Club is twofold. First, it aims to provide an educational venue in which students can learn critical knowledge and skills needed to administer and defend computer networks and systems, and gives the opportunity to apply the theory and skills that students acquired in their information systems and computer science course work. Second, UNCW Cyber Defense Club will be joining the Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition (CCDC), which challenges students to defend network services against attacks by professional penetration testers. UNCW Cyber Defense Club will use the Regional and National Collegiate Cyber Security Competition (CCSC) competition as a metric of University of North Carolina Wilmington expertise maturation.

The Entrepreneurship Club's mission is to foster the spirit of Entrepreneurship at UNCW and to engage area entrepreneurs and startup companies with the club. Members enjoy the benefits of entrepreneur speaker events, a rocket pitch event, business plan workshops, roundtable discussions, teaching entrepreneurship to K-12 students, and social/networking events in conjunction with the Center for Entrepreneurial Development. Having just been launched in January 2006 the club is being funded and run like a startup company.

An award-winning student chapter affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Lower Cape Fear Human Resources Association, HRA provides educational, developmental and networking opportunities for students interested in human resource management. Membership is open to all students.

Management Consulting Club is an organization that allows students to develop their management and leadership skills by providing them with real-life business problems to solve. Through our consulting projects and leadership development workshops, students develop their professional literacy and become confident entering the workforce.

ISA is a student organization that represents students who have an interest in today's information technology trends. We hold meetings roughly every two weeks on Wednesday nights. Our purpose is to facilitate student to student networking as well as with fundraisers, facility tours and social events.

Our objective is to empower, develop and prepare Latinx students to become successful business professionals once they leave UNCW. We focus on connecting students with the other professionals within the Wilmington community, specifically on the Latinx and business sectors. The organization will promote information literacy as well as good workplace and interview practices so that members will be well-prepared for their futures. Members will have the opportunity to network with UNCW staff and faculty and working closely with Centro Hispano through events and cultural resources, so that they may have a support system at the school and open doors to academic endeavors such as internships or research studies.

The mission of the Student Analytics & Supply Chain Association is to enhance student development through value added activities focused on manufacturing and transportation operations, analytical decision making processes and technology. To foster these exchanges, SASCA is affiliated with national professional organization, the Association for Supply Chain Management (APICS). The club is open to all students.
