Resource Administration

Resource Administration works across the eight primary functional areas (PFAs), the academic colleges, and provost level centers to support general operations of the division through program analysis, budget preparation, scenario forecasting, financial records management consistent with best financial management standards and budgetary practices, and responsible resource tracking and usage assessments.

How Can We Help You?

• We work directly with unit leaders throughout the Division of Academic Affairs on budgeting and resource allocation for the division.
• Business operations support to the PFAs through assigned business officers and business services coordinators
• Business process coordination through our divisional communication model across the business officers, business services coordinators, assistant deans, and administrative professionals that support business process
• Consultation and analysis for understanding resource utilization
• Decision-support for resource allocation to maximize resource utilization
