I am a passionate higher education professional dedicated to fostering the growth and development of college students and higher education professionals while championing holistic well-being within our community. Demonstrated success in delivering outstanding front-line customer service, directing operations across multiple recreation facilities, and skillfully managing projects and budgets. Skilled in student staff development, full-time staff supervision, and risk management analysis. Experienced in budget, human resources, special event planning, large-scale construction projects, facility scheduling and rentals, fitness and well-being, tennis programs, youth and camp administration, membership, outreach, and marketing . A collaborative leader with a strong network of relationships across college campuses and the broader community.
