Luke Waddell is recognized for his commitment to public service and community development. As the CEO, founder and principal broker of Cadence Realty Corp., he brings extensive expertise in the real estate industry.

He served as a Wilmington City Councilman from 2021-2025. His active involvement in community organizations includes serving on boards such as the Wilmington Metropolitan Planning Organization and the Cape Fear Public Utility Authority Board. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Citadel.
