Jeffrey D. "Jeff" Clark '85, a resident of Jacksonville, NC, was appointed to the UNCW Board of Trustees by the UNC Board of Governors in 2021 and in 2025 was reappointed for another four-year term.

He is Secretary of the Board, and serves as Chair of the Business Affairs Committee, a member of the Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee, and the  Educational Planning and Programs Committee.

Clark earned his business degree from UNCW and played baseball for the Seahawks. He has more than 30 years of experience in finance.

He is the president and CEO of Marine Federal Credit Union in Jacksonville, NC. He is also active in the Jacksonville Breakfast Rotary and the Jacksonville-Onslow Chamber of Commerce.
