Emily is responsible for the overall coordination of all marketing/promotional materials for the department. She is responsible for planning, designing, and maintaining the department's website and all web-based projects and manages department presentations for university related events. She also leads the marketing student work team who manage a variety of graphic design and photography projects for the department.

Susan is responsible for the management of all membership services for the LSRC, daily office operations and payroll for the department. She manages all administrative aspects of a multi-faceted office that includes supervision and development of student office staff as well as the management and development of all of our member services staff. Susan also oversees the Kudos program which is our student recognition incentive program.

Marshall is responsible for the planning, assessment, and facilitation of Seahawk Adventures, which include adventure trips, the Challenge Course, climbing wall, equipment rentals, workshops and clinics, leadership development, risk management and the Resource Center. Marshall also supervises and trains all staff that facilitate the operation of the climbing wall and equipment rental programs.

Adrianna is responsible for the planning, development, facilitation and assessment of aquatic and fitness programming, including instructional programs, personal training, special events and well-being related programs. She is the primary aquatic pool operator managing both the indoor and outdoor pools at the LSRC. Additional responsibilities include staff development, fitness center management, serving as the Safety Coordinator advising the Leadership Team on risk management issues, and coordinating the employee certification program.

Ashton provides leadership to the personal training program to include teaching a nationally accredited certification preparation course, mentoring, and developing new and experienced fitness professionals, developing, and managing fitness and body analysis assessments. Additionally, he leads the fitness center student work team who manage the daily operation of more than 26,000 square-feet of fitness center spaces including the appearance and condition of fitness centers, fitness equipment, fitness studios, and related support areas.

Patty provides leadership and direction to the group fitness program, special events, and small group training for the UNCW campus community. She will innovate methods to bring new and retain movement experiences to students, staff, faculty, and members via the Group Fitness Loyalty Program and Custom Group Fitness classes. Additionally, this position applies excellent customer service and industry best practices to manage day-to-day operations that include mentoring, supervising, and scheduling classes and instructors, managing fitness studios, equipment inventory control, and maintenance.

Lindsey is responsible for the operation and administration of a multi-faceted aquatics program. This position is charged with the development of the aquatic student team members, daily and preventative maintenance and risk management for both the indoor and outdoor pool. This position will facilitate and implement all water and classroom based instructional programming which includes learn to swim and health and safety certifications.
