The Leadership Educators in Campus Life provide peer to peer leadership development experiences to fellow Seahawks. This team aims to build students' capacity for leadership by developing leadership workshops and facilitating small group discussion at leadership retreats.

Leadership Educators

The Leadership Educators support all leadership programs created by Campus Life. The role and responsibilities for a Leadership Educator include:

Planning and facilitating sessions for the Emotionally Intelligent Leadership Workshop Series
Facilitating Small Groups for our leadership retreats
Planning and executing Seahawk Leadership Week
Assisting with creating and facilitating leadership workshop requests for classrooms and student groups
Attending weekly meetings with the Leadership Development team in Campus Life
Working 8-10 office hours per week
