
Tenant Education Program
The Tenant Education Program (TEP) is an online workshop about lease-signing and off-campus living. Our goal is to provide UNCW students with the tools to be good neighbors, responsible community members and better tenants. Students will receive a prize once they have completed the program.
Modules and Topics Covered
The TEP workshop is comprised of four modules, each highlighting various aspects of off-campus living. These include:
- Off-Campus Housing Search
- Renting and Lease Language
- Being a Good Neighbor
- Breaks and Safety
How to Enroll
- All UNCW students can self-enroll in the Canvas course.
- If you are a parent, community partner, or member of the public and are interested in accessing program materials, you can enroll here.
- Once you are enrolled in the course:
- Select "Go to the course"
- Then, select "Getting Started" from the "Introduction" module at the top of the page
- Continue through the modules in order, completing each one
- After completing the modules, please submit this form.
