Instructions for building OAP courses are outlined below. Each tab is required and has its own instructions.
Course Section Information Tab
- Section Numbers:
- 800-825 Extension Lecture
- 826-849 Extension Labs
- Campus: EXT
- Instructional Method: OLASY
- Part of Team: Select from AP1, AP2, AP3, AP4, AP5, AP6
- Voice Response and Self Service Available: Checked. Course will display in SeaNet.
- Tuition and Fee Waiver: Checked (Important for Billing! Student will be billed at OAP and Distance Ed Rates if this is not checked)
Section Enrollment Information Tab
Select the following under the Section Enrollment Information:
- Enrollment Details
- Set Enrollment size
- Waitlist to desired size
Meeting Times and Instructor Tab
Select the following under the Meeting Times and Instructor tab:
- Select Meeting Dates
- Meeting Type: Clas
- Instructor: Instructor percent of responsibility must equal 100%
- Select Meeting Location and Credits
- Building: ONL
Degree Program Attributes
Select the attribute OAP for billing purposes.
Student Attribute and Cohort
Student Attribute Restrictions:
- Include: Checked
- Attribute: OAP (This will only allow students with an OAP student attribute in SGASADD to register for this course)
