Non-Degree Undergraduate Students

As a non-degree seeking students, you do not need to attend orientation and will not have an academic advisor assigned to you. However, you will be required to attend the next available orientation if your admission status changes to degree-seeking. 

You should provide an unofficial copy of your current transcript to the Office of the Registrar if the course requires a prerequisite course taken at your current college or university.

Log in to mySeaport

• View your registration time ticket in your Seanet account. Time tickets will be assigned the day after the end of the withdraw passing time period.
• Should the courses you wish to take have pre-requisite requirements, please contact the Office of the Registrar. 
  • Visit the non-degree survey and fill out what courses you plan to take, and upload your unofficial transcript to it. Then the Office of the Registrar will reach out via your UNCW email on if the course is approved.

If you do not plan to attend UNCW and wish to withdraw your acceptance, please complete the online withdrawal form.

Financial Aid

Non-degree seeking students are not eligible to receive financial aid. Exception can be made if the student is taking classes toward admission to a UNCW graduate program. The student may be eligible to receive up to one year of aid if that's the case.
