Substance Abuse Services

Substance Abuse

The Counseling Center offers consultation, assessment, counseling, and referral services to enrolled students who are affected by their own substance abuse or by the substance abuse of someone else. Consultation and referral services are also available for staff, faculty and parents dealing with situations involving substance abuse.

Education and Prevention

Counseling Center substance abuse experts present programming on how to help a friend, intervention, and co-dependency issues.

Crossroads, the Substance Abuse Prevention Education Program, offers many education and prevention materials, programs and information handouts. This program is located on the second floor of Westside Hall and cooperates with and is separate from the Counseling Center's substance abuse services.

Collegiate Recovery Program  is a supportive community where students in all areas of recovery and in hopes of recovery can achieve academic success while enjoying a genuine college experience, free from alcohol and other drugs.
