Recent Accomplishments
- In academic year 2022-2023, a Critical Thinking workgroup was organized with the purpose of discussing ideas around and definitions of critical thinking, to review past assessment results, to look at critical thinking assignments, and to discuss pedagogy and potential ways to teach critical thinking at UNCW.
- The current UNCW QEP is designed to address, in part, student learning and achievement in Critical Thinking, Diversity, and Global Citizenship. These goals of the QEP are supported with General Education Assessment data from the past decade.
