University & Visitor Access

If a visitor or student requires American Sign Language (ASL) or Communication Access Real-Time Translation (CART), please complete the request form below.

• To secure services, this form should be submitted to DRC@uncw.edu at least three weeks in advance of the requested date.
• To cancel a service, you must email DRC@uncw.edu at least 48 business hours in advance of the event to avoid any charges to your department.

Accommodation Statement

This statement should be printed in any publication that describes a specific program or special event (e.g., seminar, film, speaker, performing arts series, employment programming, etc.).
