Enterprise Systems Support (ESS) focuses on enterprise-level application support, including Banner and other mission-critical applications and systems.
Provides instructional technology applications and integration to support the University’s academic mission.
The assessment and development of policies and governance are critical in setting the direction and framework for improving our security and privacy and ensuring alignment with UNCW's mission, goals and objectives.
The IT Client Experience develops processes and builds client relationships through discovery, engagement and delivery of effective, reliable and professional IT support.
This area supports financial management and administrative services to ITS.
IT Security is charged with safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all information processed, stored or transmitted using university electronic resources.
Networking, IT Operations & Research manages the ITS data centers and provides around-the-clock support for ITS business computing activities. They also supports ITS servers and for disaster recovery and business continuity activities for ITS.
ITS Project Management Office, manages and ensures the successful outcome of projects, especially those with a divisional or institutional scope. Additionally this area handles technology training and vendor management for the campus.
