Description
The project scope includes refurbishing and recommissioning the HVAC Control Systems in the Teaching Lab, MARBIONC, McNeil Hall, and Friday Hall facilities to prevent air quality issues from developing at applicable laboratory facilities. As part of this project, the contractor will also conduct remediation work necessary to address ancillary building materials/systems (impacted by excess moisture) in the lab facilities that could negatively impact air quality in the future should they remain.
