New Student Checklist

Anyone you need to have access to your account can view and make payments online. This will also allow the Cashier’s office to speak to this person over the phone or via email. Find more information.

Waive out of Student Health Insurance if you have existing coverage or proactively enroll in the UNCW plan.

Complete your Title IV financial aid form to allow other student account charges to be covered on your account. Otherwise, we will have to issue a refund, and you will have to pay the non-Title IV charges to us. Make sure that you don’t have any financial aid To Do items that will delay your aid.

We typically bill for Fall semester the first week of July (due end of July) and Spring semester in November (due in December).

If you have a third-party sponsor that will be paying your student account charges, make sure that you and the sponsor have submitted the appropriate documents.
