Setting Up An Authorized User

Summary Steps

1. Watch the video for step-by-step instructions. 2. New authorized users will receive two emails. The first email is an automated message informing the new user of the access granted. The second e-mail includes a temporary password & instructions on logging into E-bill.

  • Account Locked

    Account Locked

    Entering the wrong password multiple times will result in the account being locked. Please wait at least 30 minutes & the account will be unlocked. If you forgot your password, please use the above instructions to reset your password.

  • Forgot Password

    Only the authorized user can reset the password for the account.

    1. On E-bill login screen, select "Authorized Users Login."
    2. Type your email in the "Email:" login text box.
    3. Click “Forgot your password?” & an email will be sent to with a temporary password.

    Use the new temporary password to login.

  • Having Trouble?

    If you are still having trouble after resetting your password, you may have a browser issue. Please clear the cache on your current browser and/or try using another browser. Enabling pop-ups may also be helpful.

    If you are unable to reset the password, you may need the student to remove the current authorized user's account & establish a new one.
