Setting Up Authorized Users

An authorized user is an individual who has been granted permission to receive the monthly billing notification & make payments online.

In addition, the authorized user will be able to view, pay, & access tax information for the account. However, Authorized Users do not have the option to set up an E-refund account or change one. This access will belong exclusively to the student.

Please note: Setting up an authorized user in E-bill only gives them access to your billing information. If you would like to set up someone to view other private information please view Proxy access.

  2. New authorized users will receive two emails. The first email is an automated message informing the new user of the access granted. The second e-mail includes a temporary password & instructions on logging into E-bill.

  • Account Locked

    Account Locked

    Entering the wrong password multiple times will result in the account being locked. Please wait at least 30 minutes & the account will be unlocked. If you forgot your password, please use the above instructions to reset your password.

  • Forgot Password

    Only the authorized user can reset the password for the account.

    1. On E-bill login screen, select "Authorized Users Login."
    2. Type your email in the "Email:" login text box.
    3. Click “Forgot your password?” & an email will be sent to with a temporary password.

    Use the new temporary password to login.

  • Having Trouble?

    If you are still having trouble after resetting your password, you may have a browser issue. Please clear the cache on your current browser and/or try using another browser. Enabling pop-ups may also be helpful.

    If you are unable to reset the password, you may need the student to remove the current authorized user's account & establish a new one.
