For Athletes, Undergraduate and Graduate students, each alphabetical grouping, e.g., B-C, represents students with last names beginning with those letters.

Veteran Students (i.e., those active or prospective students entitled to veterans educational benefits), and OAP (Online Accelerated Program) students are not included in the alphabetical groupings and are considered two individual groups. These two groups have their own counselor(s).

Below, you can find your financial aid counselor by student last name or special grouping.

You may hover over your counselor’s name to obtain their email address and submit any questions that you have or to schedule a time for an in-person meeting, phone conversation, or virtual meeting via Zoom.

The Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid is here to assist you with any questions, you may have about the financial aid process.

We do understand that there may be times that you are unable to stop by our office in person to discuss your financial aid plans or you may not be able to reach us via the telephone.

Need to meet with a financial aid counselor virtually? Zoom sessions are available Monday - Friday, 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.*

*The Office of Scholarships & Financial Aid will be working remotely, Monday, December, 23, 2024. Therefore, our Zoom Room will be available from 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. 

Please note: The Zoom Room is not available on weekends or when the university is closed for a holiday.

Due to privacy and confidentiality (FERPA), any detailed, account-specific questions you may have, we do encourage you to email or call your assigned financial aid counselor.

Chat Tuesday is a series of online chats hosted by our office staff throughout the academic year that help answer questions you may have.

We have informative sessions that focus on topics such as; completing the FAFSA, scholarships, maintaining financial aid eligibility, and preparing for graduation.

We even host pre-orientation chat sessions for new freshman and transfer students!

After each chat session, participants are emailed a chat transcript for their records so you may refer back to any questions or comments that took place.

Our Chat Tuesday schedules rotate each semester. You are encouraged to check back at the end of each term for new content that will be coming up. We look forward to chatting with you all!
