This level of achievement indicates a functional chapter. The chapter meets minimum expectations across the 6 key focus areas of Fraternity and Sorority Life.

The chapter has not met the basic expectations for the Fraternity and Sorority Life experience.

Fraternity and Sorority Life Awards

  • Awarded to the chapters with the highest Overall GPA
  • 2024: Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.
  • Awarded to the chapter with the highest GSAP achievements per Council, signifying their exceptional membership experience.
  • 2024: Alpha Chi Omega (Panhellenic Council) & Chi Phi (Interfraternity Council)
  • Awarded to the chapter that has shown the most improvement in multiple areas of chapter operations over the past year.
  • 2024: Chi Phi
  • Awarded to a chapter with a strong, consistent partnership with a community organization. The chapter will have demonstrated an understanding of Community Engagement beyond service hours.
  • 2024: 2Share, Inc. (Chi Phi)
  • Awarded to a chapter with a creative philanthropy event that engages the FSL, campus, and Wilmington communities. The event should educate participants on the issue or mission that the event is supporting and demonstrate a clear and direct impact on the issue/mission.
  • 2024: DubThon (Phi Mu)
  • Awarded to an individual initiated member who demonstrates the values of their organization and the FSL community.
  • 2024: Catalina Nery (Alpha Psi Lambda National, Inc.) & Alexander Hage (Delta Chi)
  • Awarded to an individual new member who demonstrates the values of their organization and the FSL community.
  • 2024: Emely Castellon (Alpha Psi Lambda National, Inc.)
  • Awarded to an individual president who demonstrates the values of their organization and exceeds FSL expectations for presidential responsibility.
  • 2024: Kayden Monk (Kappa Delta)
  • Awarded to an individual advisor who demonstrates the values of their organization and provides consistent, exceptional support to the chapter.

Hazing is strictly prohibited. No individual should ever be subjected to, or take part in, any form of hazing. Such behavior is unacceptable and has no place in building positive relationships or a healthy community.
