Payments

Please note, all payments are due no later than April 15th, 2026. If you enroll in a payment plan, your payments will be calculated so that your balance is paid by this date. If you are in need of an extension, please email marinequest@uncw.edu.

Payment plans will no longer be an option starting on April 1st, 2026. If you register after this date, full payment is required to secure your student’s seat.

Once you have chosen your desired program(s), you will be prompted to check out. From here, you must input your credit card information and proceed with checking out.

Please note, Junior Programs are not eligible for payment plans. Full payment is required to register your student in a Junior Program.

Once your student has been accepted, the credit card on file will automatically be charged a $50 registration fee to hold your student’s seat. This fee will be applied to your full balance. You will then be enrolled in the payment plan of your choosing, with the first payment being automatically withdrawn 30 days after the $50 registration fee. The payment options are as follows:

1. Full balance (minus $50 registration fee)
2. $50 up front then remaining balance split into equal payments over x months until the due date of April 15, 2026
3. $50 up front, half of the remaining balance paid in 30 days, and half paid in 90 days or before the due date of April 15, 2026

Once you have enrolled in the plan of your choice, the credit card on file will be automatically charged on the assigned dates in your plan.

If you choose to enroll in a payment plan, you will receive email reminders letting you know your current balance, as well as receipts of when payments are made.
