The Governance-Leadership-Management (GLM) program provides a holistic approach to improving your entire organization. While traditional strategic plans can become irrelevant when circumstances change, GLM offers a framework for continual strategic thinking. By breaking the steps down throughout the year, you can develop your nonprofit incrementally and proactively.
We’re here to help your nonprofit with:
The GLM program begins with a three-hour workshop for your board and executive staff members. During that time, we introduce the framework, explore your current leadership practices, and develop an annual schedule for strategic thinking activities. Then, if you would like assistance with implementation, QENO can provide monthly coaching for up to one year.
Participants are accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. The cost for GLM is calculated on a sliding scale, based on your nonprofit’s budget for leadership/organizational development. Some full scholarships are available, if needed.
GLM is intended for established nonprofits with a functional board of directors. If you are in the early stages of creating a new nonprofit, click here for other resources.

We are available as needed for individual consults. If you have specific questions about programming, advocacy, collaboration, fundraising, financial management, human resources, or board development, please click here to schedule a consultation.
