Cadence for Nonprofit Development

The Cadence program helps nonprofits develop strategically in all of these areas:

The first step is a confidential organizational assessment of your nonprofit's current capacity in each area. Once complete, you will have access to FREE consulting services from QENO that are customized to meet your immediate needs and build capacity at a sustainable rate. Throughout the program, we provide easy-to-use tools for planning & implementation, data management, data-driven goal setting, conducting annual self-assessments, and writing or revising policies.

For nonprofits ready to adopt a holistic change management system, Cadence can be used as a more actionable alternative to traditional strategic planning. It provides a four-quarter strategic thinking process that bridges multi-year planning and day-to-day operations. When repeated annually, organizations learn to improve outcomes and reach new goals in sustainable ways, even across changes in leadership.
