Housing Costs

Housing & Residence Life

Room rates include: rent, utilities, internet, housekeeping and security.

The term of this agreement is two semesters unless this agreement is expressly approved by the Director of Housing and Residence Life or his/her designee for the spring semester only.

The housing rate is paid on a semester basis. The university reserves the right to change the room and board rates without notice.
