Promoting Respect and Inclusion for Sexuality and gender Mattering (PRISM)
This community consists of LGBTQIA+ identifying students, their allies and friends. Although this community is not exclusive to members of the LGBTQIA+ community, it is tailored to students who identify as LGBTQIA+ members or have an interest in PRIDE culture and learning more. In P.R.I.S.M., residents can expect to form relationships with peers from diverse backgrounds and interests. P.R.I.S.M. is coordinated in collaboration with the Mohin-Scholz LGBTQIA Resource Center. Mentoring Outstanding Students of panAfrican Influence and Culture (MOSAIC)
This community consists of Black-identifying students, their allies and friends. Although this community is not exclusively for Black-identifying students, it is a tailored experience for Black (Africana/Caribbean/Latinx/American) students, and students who are interested in learning more about the Black experience, history, and culture within Wilmington and beyond. In M.O.S.A.I.C., students can expect a dynamic schedule of programs, events and initiatives coordinated in collaboration with the Upperman African American Cultural Center.
