In the event of absence, the delivery person will leave a notice that delivery was attempted, your package will then be delivered to Central Receiving where it will either be delivered to you at a later time or you may choose to pick it up. Priority packages will be delivered by Warehouse personnel the same business day.

No, there is no additional charge for desktop delivery.

In uShop, click on the following:

Profile > Purchasing > Addresses > "Select Addresses for Profile"> Search>

Find your address on the list; click on it. (To select as your primary address, check default box).

Enter the appropriate fields:

Your full building name (no abbreviations), room number, and your name.

Click Save.

Rather than one of the Warehouse employees delivering your package, a UPS/FedEx/DHL, etc. employee will be delivering your package directly to you. Dock deliveries will be delivered to the Warehouse and will continue to be delivered by Warehouse employees.

Desktop delivery does not change how the department acknowledges receiving. Desktop delivery only changes the persons involved in the delivery of packages.
