Proof of Graduation provides information regarding a student's degree completion and outlines their academic career at UNCW. Proof of Graduation can be displayed in several ways.
The following items will list a student’s degree information:
Unofficial and official transcripts will list the student’s degree information ONLY if degrees have been conferred by the Office of the Registrar. Students can view their unofficial transcripts and order official transcripts in SeaNet.
Enrollment verifications are available to current and former students through SeaNet. After signing on, follow the links to "Student Services & Financial Aid" and then to "Student Records."
Additionally, enrollment verifications may also be obtained, in person with a photo ID, in the Office of the Registrar.
A diploma shows the official name of the degree earned. Please visit this page to find out when to expect your diploma.
Degree verifications are available approximately one month after the last day of exams for a graduating semester (fall, spring, and summer session II).
If you are a current University of North Carolina Wilmington student, a parent, a local business, or a North Carolina state agency, please contact:
