Internal control is a process designed to provide reasonable assurance regarding the achievement of objectives relating to the following:
Every employee plays a part in making sure the university operates effectively, efficiently, and compliant with policies, regulations, and laws in order for the university to achieve its objectives.
Participate in the Overview of Internal Controls (INT 101) course to learn about how having effective internal controls in place can help assist your campus unit, and the university as a whole, meet its objectives. The course will also provide an overview of the internal audit process and what to do if you suspect fraud.
