The OTL Graduate Certificate Program provides access to the benefits of our nationally ranked Master of Science in Instructional Technology program. As you progress through your OTL graduate courses, you will learn how to develop online course materials, how technology can be used to teach both synchronous and asynchronous courses, how to modify face-to-face materials for an online environment, and how to manage online programs using various Learning Management Systems.

With courses based on the NCDPI Teaching and Learning Standards, you will study digital teaching and learning pedagogies, tools and resources for effective instruction, digital citizenship, and the effective use of data and assessment.
