General Psychotherapy and Assessment Clinic

Clinic Services

We provide outpatient therapy services for adults ages 18 and older who are looking for support with a variety of mental health concerns. We do not provide clinical care to individuals under age 18. People come to us for help with anxiety, depression, stress, sleep problems, trauma, obsessive‑compulsive symptoms, and many other challenges that affect daily life. Therapy session fees are based on an income‑adjusted sliding scale, ranging from $10 to $40 per session.

Our clinicians primarily use Cognitive‑Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a well‑researched approach that helps people understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and learn new skills to feel and function better. Your treatment plan will always be tailored to your individual needs, goals, and preferences.

If you're interested in exploring whether medication might be helpful for you, we can coordinate with your current medical provider or help connect you with a healthcare professional who can conduct a medication evaluation.

ADHD Evaluations: We currently provide adult ADHD assessments for individuals who are experiencing attention, concentration, or organizational challenges and want clarity about whether ADHD may be contributing to their symptoms.

  • Flat fee: $450

Psychodiagnostic Evaluations: We also offer broader psychodiagnostic assessments to help identify or clarify mental health diagnoses. These evaluations can assist with treatment planning, understanding complex symptoms, or answering diagnostic questions when the picture is unclear.

  • Flat fee: $250

Evaluations include clinical interviews, standardized testing, scoring and interpretation, and a detailed written report with recommendations.
