General Psychotherapy and Assessment Clinic

Clinic Services

We offer outpatient psychotherapy for adults experiencing emotional problems or disorders (e.g., anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and a variety of other conditions) and/or individuals wishing to reduce their drinking and/or abstain from alcohol or other drugs. In addition, we also specialize in treating adults diagnosed with Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.

Our clinicians primarily utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, which is a strong, empirically supported treatment that targets a number of different presenting concerns. However, your treatment will be tailored to your unique needs. We will work with your physician or refer you to a medical provider if you are interested in an evaluation for medications as well as therapy.

We offer thorough diagnostic psychological evaluations for adults. For those individuals interested in receiving a psychological diagnostic assessment (i.e., would like to gain diagnostic clarity about whether they are experiencing clinically significant anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, obsessive-compulsive and related disorders, etc.), we are currently offering this service for a flat fee of $200. These assessments include ~3-4 meetings with one of our doctoral student clinicians who will conduct a thorough intake and clinical interview with the client to understand their psychiatric history. The clinician will then take some time to summarize the information gathered in a diagnostic report that will also include clinical recommendations, which we will provide to the client to use at their discretion. For individuals seeking ADHD assessment, we have a more involved assessment process which includes cognitive and academic testing as well. We are currently offering this service for a flat fee of $400.
