UEFA’s Office of Faculty Affairs will host the next cohort of our own NextUp Leadership Development Fellowship throughout the 2024-2025 academic year.

• Up to 20 faculty members who are interested in cultivating their leadership skills and knowledge base will be accepted into the program.
• For the entire academic year, the Office of Faculty Affairs will offer targeted programming, abundant resources, and opportunities for collaborative professional development in approximately eight sessions.
• The NextUp Leadership Development Fellowship is intended for those faculty members who aspire to or are involved in academic leadership but have not yet served a position within the university as department chair/school director or higher.
• Our purpose is to provide the support and resources to build upon the leadership potential within the next group of faculty, without regard to current rank within the university hierarchy.
