UNCW uses Qualtrics, a web-based survey and data collection tool, to create and administer online surveys for research and assessment or to facilitate internal business processes.
Accessing Qualtrics
If you are a UNCW student, faculty or staff member, you can access Qualtrics at no charge through the university portal, through mySeaport with your UNCW credentials. For security purposes, you will be prompted to verify your identity through the Duo application or text passcodes.

UNCW also provides technical and survey design support through myTAC portal. Visit survey services to request support and get additional knowledge base articles from TAC support.
Qualtrics XM Support Center has a number of updated knowledge videos, articles and users blog. Once you have logged into Qualtrics, you can access the Qualtrics XM Support Center by clicking on the question mark icon at the right top of your main Qualtrics screen.
Qualtrics support can be reached 24/7 and will usually respond within 24 hours. To login, click “Sign in with SSO.” Enter “uncw” for Organization ID. Then, enter your UNCW email and password when prompted.
