At UNCW, the Watermark Faculty Success Platform serves as the repository for faculty & research staff credentials, service, artistic contributions, research & scholarship activities. This repository supports core faculty processes and Scholars@UNCW, a research and collaboration tool.
Watermark Faculty Success (WFS) is a secure activity reporting system that allows faculty and staff to track their teaching, research, scholarship, accomplishments, and service activity. The Office of Institutional Effectiveness maintains this system collaboratively with Information Technology Services (ITS) and Academic Affairs Resource Management Team (AARMT).
Faculty Success Advisory Board
The Advisory Board serves as another level of oversight for this platform and meets regularly throughout the academic year.
