How to Cancel an Appointment

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours before they are scheduled to occur!

Do NOT contact your tutor directly! Doing so will not cancel your appointment.

Important: Please review our Attendance Policy.

To cancel your appointment, follow these steps: 

  1. Login to TutorTrac using your UNCW username and password
  2. Click MAIN MENU link
  3. Find the appointment you want to cancel and CLICK ON THE "X" at the end
  4. Click on CONFIRM CANCELLATION

You may also call or email the Learning Center to cancel your appointment. 

***Please note that declining the Outlook calendar invitation emailed to you when you scheduled your appointment will not actually cancel your appointment. You must follow the steps above.
