During Fall 2020, all ULC services will be held online via Zoom. Please see our schedule page for when various services will be offered. Appointments can be made or cancelled using our online scheduling tool, as well as by contacting the ULC. See the Appointments page linked below for more information.

The ULC is also offering several online drop-in options, beginning on 8/24. You will not need an appointment to take advantage of these services, and can find more information at the Drop-in Help page linked below.

 The ULC front desk will be staffed 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Mondays - Fridays. Voicemails left on the ULC's phone line after 5 p.m. will be responded to within 24 business hours (48 hours on weekends).
