Learn about the ELC’s application process for new students.
Submit the application, upload the required documents (copy of passport photo page, bank statement, and sponsor letter, if applicable. You will receive an email with instructions on how to upload the documents and sign in to your account within 24 hours of applying). Please pay the $100 application fee. (Application processing begins after payment is received.)
After your documents are verified, you will be contacted with instructions on how to take the online placement test. This is to confirm you have a basic foundation of English and your level placement.
If you are accepted, you will receive an ELC acceptance letter and a Form I-20 via email so that you can set up your visa interview.

Purchase health insurance that meets minimum requirements.
