Tuition and fees refund for complete withdrawals from the university are prorated based on the schedules below. No refunds are available for Summer Session withdrawals.

The withdrawal credit schedule below reflects Fall 2023 and Spring 2024. No refund is made for official withdrawals after 50 percent of the enrollment period. No refunds are available for Summer Session withdrawals.

Official withdrawal procedures begin with your Academic Advisor or the Registrar's Office for Undergraduates and the Graduate School for Graduate Students. No refunds will be issued after October 14; the first 50% of the enrollment period. Room and board refunds are pro-rated differently, if applicable, see Housing and/or Auxiliary Services.

Spring 2024 - First day of class January 10

  • January 10 through January 18 (Add/Drop): 100% of credit
  • January 19 through January 21: 90% of credit
  • January 22 through February 6: 50% of credit
  • February 7 through March 5: 25% of credit
  • March 6 and after: 0% of credit
