Financial aid cannot be used to pay prior term or past due charges. Failure to pay past due charges will result in late penalty and interest fees, and will block future registration, and diploma releases.

Bill	Who Receives Bill	Bill Statement Upload Date	Bill Due @ 10:00 AM**	To avoid having your classes canceled you must:
Fall 1	Undergraduate Graduate	Thursday, August 22, 2024	Thursday, August 29, 2024	Pay the total amount due on your account. -or- Pay the difference of all charges minus “authorized” financial aid*
Fall 2	Undergraduate Graduate	Thursday, October 3, 2024	Thursday, October 24, 2024	Pay the total amount due on your account. -or- Pay the difference of all charges minus “authorized” financial aid*
Fall End of Term Bill	Undergraduate Graduate	Monday, November 11, 2024	Monday, November 18, 2024	A hold will be placed on your account preventing registration and diploma release until the balance is paid in full.

Spring 2025
